A live show for No Way Back: Streaming From Beyond 2021 from Outer Space Room residents Organic Dial, a duo of John Elliott and Drew Veres, true midwest freaks hailing from Cleveland. In their own words: “We wanted to make a set for No Way Back that had an infinite feeling, with sounds sort of running into one another like soft waves on a lake. Many of the tracks here were made to go on indefinitely, like loops but with some sparser hand played adornments. We stitched the set together carefully to play like a mixtape, something that could repeat over and over and never get tired sounding. Organic Dial tracks are made by spending a lot of time listening to things loop until we find a combination of shape and melody that makes sense. Many of these pieces have been in the incubator for some time and will likely take on a different form at some point. As we had to do a live stream for No Way Back this year we were hoping we could project the same feeling of being alone in a dark corner at Tangent Gallery, being bathed by the sparse lights peering through holes in a hanging parachute late into the night. Sound everywhere, eyes shut, mind wide open.”

Born in Cuenca and settled in Madrid since 2001, it is at the early age of 16 when he acquires his first turntables, opening for him a wide musical universe that he will gradually discover. Influenced by maquina music, progressive, and EBM from the early 90s, Eder has flowed through different styles, always with an open mind to discover new things. Hence, his sessions can be considered eclectic, ranging from house, disco, cosmic, acid house, italo disco, darkwave, to rave.
It is in 2012 when he starts a project called "Discoteca" at the modest and now-defunct club: "El Hombre Moderno". Mainly dedicated to Disco music and its derivatives, currently the session takes place in different venues in Madrid, such as Siroco, Berlin Club, El Sótano, Specka, Macera, Ballesta

In Hour 2 we hand over to Virginia the talented DJ, singer, songwriter and producer who has been deeply involved in electronic music for over a decade. Growing up in Munich, the energetic and dedicated artist quickly found her feet in music. Having relocated to Berlin she’s been a Panorama Bar resident since 2012. Her DJ sets fuse warm analog house and electro of the 80s and 90s with off-kilter swinging grooves, layered with spontaneous live vocals that add a unique third dimension. 
She released her first solo production, the Loch & Hill EP, on Ostgut Ton in 2013, followed by her My Fantasy EP and her debut LP, Fierce For The Night, in May 2016, which was co-produced by Dexter, Martyn and Steffi. She recently did a remix for Steve Bug & Langenberg and said this about her mix;
"I choose some records that I really enjoy at the moment. It is a selection of broken & syncopated tracks who, to me, create an atmospheric and warm soundtrack for cold days ahead."

If there's one thing you need to know before listening to this mix then it's this: Lerosa does not f**k about.

The Italian producer and disc jockey remains an unrivalled force amidst outsider electronics and doesn't buy into hype or false pretenses. Based in Dublin he has steadily released music prominently for over ten years and has appeared on the likes of Uzuri, Ostgut Ton and Idle Hands amongst many more. His sound is always rough and ready, drawing for the experimental and abstract whilst challenging the preconceptions and social constructs of house and electronic music at every possibility available. A keen hardware enthusiast he has a workrate which is hard to rival and this much is clear through the sheer volume of music that he has released in what is a relatively short period of time. 

His most recent album was released via Acid Test, a sub label of Los Angeles based record label Absurd Recordings. The "Bucket Of Eggs" LP is perhaps Leopold's finest work to date, showcasing an eclectic, thoughtful approach to music that is at times chaotic and coarse. It channels his humour and persona with intrigue and leaves the listener wanting more and more. 

We invited him to record a mix for the site, a contribution which is long overdue.
