Alluvial (UFOS & Bordland Remix)

French producer OBu makes his huge Dimentique label debut with the stunning Time Machine EP which includes two original tracks and two remixes, combining to provide a sweet package for imaginative deep house fans. OBu really taps into his own stylistic sense on "Time Machine" and "Esprit d'Eclat" which break out in uplifting, colorful, and melodic organ and piano sounds that carry over into a very majestic feel -- perfect for the summer circuit. Turkish producer Planet King provides his touch to "Time Machine", introducing tech elements like pitch maneuvering toms. He also draws on his classical guitar background to create some truly mesmerizing finger play for additional atmosphere. Belgian artist Groove Riddim's take on the title track is quite different, giving it a complete makeover with a classic early '90s vintage deep house sound and extended vocal samples, very much in line with his previous work on the Plastik People Digital label.

This is evidenced by the latest signing, the one man indie project Machine For Dreams. Helmed by Australian-based Lachlan Morris, Machine For Dreams blends the guitars and rawness of lo-fi indie rock with the – yes – machines of electronic music. This debut single, “Premonition”, is a somewhat plaintive composition utilizing 808 drums to underpin Morris’s guitar and vocal contributions alongside electronic embellishments. Dimentique has also enlisted Austrian producer Espada to create a magical transformation of “Premonition”, emphasizing the ‘Dreams’ in the original band’s name with a floaty deep house remix that has no shortage of gorgeous moments. Gentle piano melodies and wisps of vocal tip-toe over a solid rhythm and bass track, combining into a late night excursion for ethereal dance floors.

This young talent from Texas is one of the biggest rising faces on the Dimentique label, mainly under his alias as Wicked Habits. But the same person who brought the unique sounds under Wicked Habits is bringing something slightly different under his new alias as Joshua Devin and presenting the debut of the name with the "Voyage EP" with five outstanding tracks. 

'Voyage' is a atmospheric track with glitchy beats, high pitch voices and majestic air guitars making the track filled with epicness. "Transit" settles down for more of a calm vibe with indie stylistic guitars and very moody vibes. "32,000ft" has a experimental sound to it with the same style of atmospheric feels but with more synth progression and spaced out reverb heavy pads. "Ocean Swell" has very sci-fi sounding synths with really unique effects and distorted guitars, and even has more of a trap influenced beat on top of it. "Collections" is one of the most emotional of the lot, back to the epicness of air guitars and a glitchy dubstep beat and filled with other background melodic pieces layered on top.

'Antartica' is a atmospheric and soft touched track, with a flowing groove and a classic analog sounding bassline. Soulplace's version of the track adds a bit of a kick and a chilling twist, still has atmosphere but with more old skool in your face synthy style. Oliver Jay remixes the track to a full on bass monster, totally reconstructing the track for huge club use, with a heavy catchy bassline and body bopping arrangement.

Next in the Dimentique pipeline is a French duo that goes by the name Saverio Dima, who has been DJing around the world spreading the influence of their style of music. They come back to Dimentique to present their 'We're Gonna' EP which features 3 original tracks and 2 remixes. The first track 'We're Gonna' was first seen on the 'Dimentique Showcase EP Part 2' which was received very well, and is now back to show the electrifying groove and digging bassine that it has. 'Porn Lesson' presents it self in a more of a techy nature, with great variety of vocals samples being introduced and a addictive rhythm pattern. 'Cala Conta' is in a similar fashion to the previous track but has a more European feel to it, with jangly percussion sounds and very light melodies to add to it. Senor Prezidente gives 'Porn Lesson' his heavy bassline twist with literally a fat bassline, and a more grungy darker vibe. UFOS comes over to redo 'Cala Conta' with a his own techy number with some simple melodic lines, and swinging rhythms.

Starting off with Oliver Jay who has already made a fantastic remix for Wesley Rouw on the label before, but ism now back with his track 'Leftfield' which is a very modern summer anthem ideal for the Ibiza parties and feel good vibes. Erron Wellington and his 'into The Abyss' has a much more darker tone, with a huge big garage beat and bass ripples and effects, it certainly has a kind atmosphere about it and it will keep your stamina active. Fix gives us 'I want Your Flavour' which turns into a more lighter vibe, with elements of a pumping saxophone and the obvious acid bassline, gives the track a really cool 90s old skool feel. Marco Donati has a track which is 'Sea Trip' which has a relaxing and chill stance giving a summer beach feel, but still with enough groove to bounce your head to. T.E.A.O´ really changes it with 'Midnight' having a slow and very deep trap sound, melodic elements and spacious vocals, it has a dreamy vibe that you could almost make you daze off into a dream land of wonders.

We release our annual Summer Essentials compilation for the year 2016, but this time with more exclusives then ever, three in fact. Dcmbr is a new alias from Nois, who makes the debut track of the new name on the comp with a very slow grooving and summery hot track which makes a great intro. Senor Prezidente gives us a tribal and minimal housey tune, with complex drum patterns and small elements constantly going through out. Lucas Tesselhoff & Kranky Bubble makes a debut to the label with their collab track which is a soft and jolly uplifting little number, a great feel good bubbly atmosphere which it gives all around.

The last release before we head out of this year comes from Lucas Tesselhoff & Kranky Bubble with the track 'Subaquatic Transmission' which was featured on this year's Summer Essentials compilation as an exclusive track and this release comes with the original track and 2 remixes by Marco Donati and Fix. Lucas Tesselhoff & Kranky Bubble makes a debut to the label with their collab track which is a soft and jolly uplifting little number and gives a great feel good bubbly atmosphere. Marco Donati gives the track a bit more clubber kick with the classic organ sound and a unique arrangement of the drum sounds but keeping the same atmosphere that the original had. Fix gives the track a different arrangement, new sounds and more of a softer but classic 90s style, the remix also has a classic bassline and new synths added with atmospheric sounds layered on top and also keeping the essence from the original track.
