Following a strict anything-goes formula, the prolific Durban-born, Cape Town-based producer and @swakcatalog co-founder taps his toes into a wide array of sonic ideas, disrupting the narrative surrounding the South African scene. 

Together with his label partner @thisisjbs, he is “on a mission to destroy old gods” by 
destabilizing the established in order to make space for something new, a sentiment that is conclusively echoed in the @swaktimes event series he runs alongside @barestories.

In this mix, they seamlessly morph four-to-the-floor beats into rolling breaks and dubbed out bass excursions, dismantling the sounds that are quintessential to their musical sensibility as DJs, radio hosts and promoters.

Having played a somewhat elusive but pivotal role in Berlin nightlife for the last six years, they started out with their party series @DOGMAberlin, before launching their residency show Anything Flows at @the_other_radio and devoting themselves to the non-profit community organization @berlincollectiveaction. BCA is a coalition of collectives that gives support and aid to those most impacted by risk and violence in Berlin, as a result of COVID-19 and its egregious economic aftermath.
