With In Filtration and Paradigm I wanted to explore aspects of 4x4 Grime and Techno, touching ground on the dubstep-meets-techno sound that's been making rounds these recent years. The result is an honest approach to these worlds, attempting to pick up the fundamentals while incorporating my own sense of merging grime, 2-step, techno and dubstep.

SICARIA steps up with her deep bassweight energy for the third single from the forthcoming Tectonic Sound compilation. Her track for the comp, ‘Rhassoul’ lands as a proper dubstep cut—one foot firmly rooted in the UK’s original sonic lineage, the other venturing into bold new terrain. It feels as fresh as it does faithful to the genre. A true shoulder-roller, it delivers scattering bursts of sub-bass science at earthquake intensity, rumbling through the mix with precision and power.
