To be an accomplished man we need to hold a comprehensive internal recognition and have all the human elements: positive and negative, good and bad, holy and evil.
 We must crawl in hell if we want to fly in heaven. When we take our time to discover our dark sides and their gifts, we will understand what C. Jung meant when he said "The gold is in the dark." 
Each of us must find this gold, in order to reunite with the integrated himself. Let us not be afraid to accept our dark side. 
So don't fight with the "voices of your hell." Just listen carefully.. They have something to tell you and it 's up to you how you use them!
