Sounds to journey the listener around and within life, to the eventual place of silence and deep stillness - the place of the sacred, "where" the sacred gifts reside.


This is a medicine wheel mandala of sound. I also attempt to re-create the inner sounds that can be heard when one achieves a deep silence in meditation. When one is able to access those sounds, they have also accessed the feelings of deep joy. Mana. The sounds are those things themselves as it were. The soundtrack of inner peace and joy - it is nada yoga, the yoga of sound - yoga - to yoke - it is a union with That. My hope is that these sounds help you there. And it is fun, I like making these sounds for you and I love quieting enough to hear them and experience them also.

Fruits of Nada Meditation

This song is a feild recording from an Ayahuasca ceremony that my Mongolain Shaman friend took me to. We travel 16 hours by boat to the depths of the Amazon Forest. There he met up with his friend Carlos (who has now passed). Carlos helpers cleared a place in the forest and Carlos prepared the brew. We sat for three nights in ceremony. The song is sung in ancient Incan, Carlos did not even speak Spanish, only Incan. He was a 7th generation shaman and Ayahuascaquero. In this recording I sing with him also. After years of preparation I found myself laying on the Forest Floor with the serpentine anaconda ayahuasca coursing through my body and singing with Carlos. I then brought it home to my studio, to create the flavor of this experience, and those questing years before...
