I made this album for myself during the years of 2022-23, with recordings finalizing during 2024. All the beats are produced by myself except for the three tracks labeled otherwise, shout out to LIO and Summ1t for production on those. This all started with one song I wanted to save for my first project rather than just release to SoundCloud as soon as I was pleased with it like usual. As I kept recording it became more of a venting space rather than me trying to go for a “cool sounding project,” which I feel I still created. I love these tracks because I was being extremely vulnerable throughout the project. I struggle to truly be open with those around me, whether it be family or friends (as I like to call them, the homies). So this project and the songs recorded during that didn’t make the cut, became a safe space where I could reveal as much as I wanted or make things as mysterious as I pleased. To anyone who takes the time to listen to this project and especially share it around, thank you from my entire being.
