"Our soul sign reveals a lot about our character. The two tracks give you insights into our personalities. In their typology, which starts from our typical elements of Heerhorst's deep baselines and catchy melodies, Slin Bourgh's powerful and energetic style & PETER PAHN's marching and driving sound and his escalating mood. For this EP we met in Hamburg especially to be able to work on the project together in Heerhorst's studio. After three intensive days wich went into the nights. We're really proud to present you our two tracks "Sings of the Soul" and "4 To the Floor" which will be out on the 30th of July on CODEX Recordings!

October the 15th meet a Berlin based artist and producer Daniel Boon to come back to IAMT with his two-tracks release titled Digital Detox!
"While the pandemic was in full swing I produced both tracks locked up in the studio. In the creation of Piano Man I was inspired by many songs that have a concise piano and I always wanted to produce something like that. Digital Detox is my praising cry for opening the clubs and was created while jamming at night."

Rocío Portillo is an electronic music producer, DJ, and singer. She is also a brave, grateful, and conscious woman. Her full-time passion for music came after overcoming cancer, which made her hold on to life.

At 25, she obtained a degree in Social Communication and since then, she has worked in prominent media outlets in Mendoza. In 2024, after battling leukemia for five years and focusing on her recovery, she gave up her career as a journalist to dedicate herself solely to music for a while.

During the summer, a tour took her to the main electronic music stages across Argentina: Rosario, Buenos Aires, Bariloche, Córdoba, and Mar del Plata. Before that, with the help of an agent and her own promotion, she planned her first European tour, performing in cities across Spain, Italy, Germany, and France.

With an elegant and sober style, Rocío steadily advances as a leading female figure in electronic music. She proudly says she is part of the line-up of festivals where her own role models also perform: among others, Hernán Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Sasha or John Digweed.

Her mother’s encouragement, which led her to take singing, dance, theater, and piano lessons, along with the support of her father, a choir director, invited her to explore the possibilities of art and the diversity of music. In her performances, she combines original pieces with hybrid sets where she includes her own voice.

Focused on showcasing cutting-edge underground techno, Adam Beyer’s always got an eye on the future when curating Drumcode Ltd. With impressive releases on Tiga’s Twin Turbo and Dense & Pika’s Kneaded Pains imprint, 24-year-old Billy Turner piqued his interest with his accomplished productions that belied his tender age. 

Taking inspiration from the likes of Marcel Dettmann, Truncate and Planetary Assault Systems, Turner’s four-track debut ‘Don’t Talk To Me About Style’ was birthed in his home studio throughout 2017. The industrious Brit delivers a powerful peak-time EP of nocturnal techno that moves between different moods. The title track pops with a thick grinding bassline and trippy synth effects, before ‘Escape’ envelopes you into a subterranean world. ‘Diodes’ follows, a fantastic slice of electrifying techno that bucks like a rodeo bull. Luca Agnelli’s Etruria Beat sees Italian artist Bastinov return with a fantastic full-length album entitled All Through The Night, this Autumn. Bastinov is a master-craftsmen who imbues his music with melody and spirituality. After first releasing on Etruria in 2013, his standout sound design and the richness of his synth-work has continued to catch attention from the likes of Adam Beyer, Sven Väth, Pan-Pot. Across six superb EP releases, he has subtly developed his sound and now, on this debut album, makes his most complete and coherent musical statement yet. ‘Deep Forest’ majestically opens the album, raining true to its title is like a journey through a lush organic landscape. Bubbling synths and drums get you in a trance on ‘All Through The Night’ and the range of synths on ‘Genesis’, from smooth to pixelated to thunderous, lend the techno a truly immersive feel. Bastinov then expertly explores a range of moods on suspense-fueled ‘Eternia’, over to darker and moodier on ‘Hyperion’ while ‘Dantze’ layers up scintillating cosmic keys above elongated grooves that all build and build to an intense peak. The second half of the album is just as artful, with the surging Detroit styles of ‘Evnt’ and celestial melodic rain of ‘Proteus’. The Veneti artist showcases his ability to make synths take any form as he skews and stretches them to the heavens, or breaks them into crystalline droplets on ‘Arponoid’ and ‘Elaysia’. This intense, absorbing trip finishes with ‘Der Love Train’ and ‘Devine’ a in a set of highly emotive tracks that sweep to otherworldly spaces and back again with the euphoric vocals of experimental/industrial artist KnowKontrol featuring on ‘The Silence Of The Night’.
