I really wanted to update one of my favourite 80's love songs and make it accessible to a modern audience

after the release of Chris Malinchak's "Feels so good to me" i wanted to try and create a song in a similar vain.

I was experimenting with this track, by using only one song to create all of the music, apart from the drums, everything that you hear is coming from the song 'S.O.S' by the band 'Abba'

i achieved the different sounds by slowing down and chopping up parts of the song.

Holy are you Demo

A Close friend of mine introduced me to the song 'Holy are you’ The Electric Prunes and challenged me to create a song out of that sample.

This is what i came up with.

PLEASE NOTE: once i finished creating this track i realised that this sample had been used before in the track 'holy are you’ by rapper Rakim. - I was totally unaware of this whilst making this beat.
