This life is a beautiful rose even if we feel all the thorns. The feeling when you come home after a heavy storm into the arms of a loved one ( in my case the longing to come to god)

Beautiful Rose

Moving the body is one of the greatest gifts we got. Its all connected to the mental and spiritual. I love dancing some love boxing , climbing etc. 

this is a message to the inner child that did great holding on to love while the outer world was chaotic. now this inner child does not hsve to hold on anymore

Motion

Why are you running? Are your running from yourself. 

i did everything but not listening to my mind, body, soul and god. I blame it on wanting distraction instead reflection or creation. we all do this someway somehow

Therefore i run

Having the head high up in the clouds? being blinded by the so called light and trying to be always zen and positive. 

but once you learn what real light is it will shine on the darkest parts of your soul. The devil was the brightest of them all so he knows how to manipulate us into thinking we walk with the light while we destroy ourself in the meantime with worldly pleauseres and distraction. A worldly way looks easy but the narrow path lets us go through stuff at first but we will find real bliss.
