Spent period speaks up. Untold night dashes off in blind emotion. Queer darkness at night’s house inscribes all the astounded periodical of freedom, all of your transgressions turn into prominence to me. Your patriotism is bizarre, atlas of your heart is divided into pieces. Do you splurge your night tumbling lexis from far away?
This wingless period wants to be veiled but being brawny is not in its discretion, red ribbon tangles up grimy emotions by various tête-à-tête; yet endless dreams chasing and hunting, sloping down the stairways, keep on swimming and grunting; even though water was produced by this strike, but wave was not rushed toward fish! For this woe it keeps on hiding and sobbing…. carry on shifting at midnight….

ছায়া খোঁজে শরীর, শরীর ছন্দ বোঝে না
ছায়ার উপচে পড়া ঢেউ শাড়ির পাড়ে মিশে আছে
ছায়া শরীরসম্ভবা হতে চায়, পাড়ার লুকোনো এডভেঞ্চার
ছায়ার গভীরে ঢুকে পড়ে, ছায়ার পরনে কিছু নেই

পাশের বাড়ির একটি মেয়েকে ডাকতাম, ও ছায়া!
এসোনা। আমরা দুজনে মায়া মায়া খেলি?
ছায়া মুচকি হেসে কোচড় থেকে বের করতো সাদা মুড়ি
আর বলতো, আমি এই মুড়ির মতো আদুরে বুড়ি হতে চাই না।

বলতাম, তবে কি চাও তুমি!
চিরনখরামো করে বলতো সে, পোড়া আকাশ।
একখণ্ড বাতাসের ঝলসানো সুপ।
জীবনে অনেক নারীর সুপ্ত বাসনার মুখোমুখি হয়েছি
তবু ঝলসানো বাতাসের সুপ দিতে পারেনি কেউ।

জীবনের অনেক বসন্ত ছায়ার চাদরে
ডুবে আছে, এই মরা ভাদরে মরা গাঙে
কোনো এক দুষ্প্রাপ্য কিছু ভেসে উঠলেই
চমকে উঠি। বলতে থাকি
ছায়াদং....ছায়াঅং.. গচ্ছামি
