* The monster and their puppet.
* ..
* This isn't about preserving my dominance anymore.
* This is about what you have taken away from me.
T: * Kris..
* Is this man disturbing you?
B: * What have you done with V?!
* Tell me, Kris!!
* ..Of course, I don't need to hear your answer.
* I know what you've done with him.
* And all the other denizens, for that matter.
* I know it all..
T: * It was all to protect my child.
* I did what a Mother would.
B: * You're protecting a damn demon, Miss Dreemur!
* You're being manipulated by this little menace!
* Are you blind to their tricks?!
* Answer me, damn it!

* ..Not that I was good at it, anyhow.

Plays during Bishop's boss fight in the weird route.

The weird route continues into future chapters in my take. Chapter 3's weird route revolves around Toriel as she falsely believes that her motherly instincts kicked in, all thanks to Kris, of course.
The route is kicked off similarly to how Undertale's genocide route kicks off - By killing a lot of enemies, however, the route afterwards truly starts when Toriel turns V to ash.
(Susie is present for most of the route, only ever thinking that Toriel is just really weird) ((she's not present for the Bishop fight though))

Which leads us to the Bishop fight. The fight is relatively short and is meant as Bishop's last hurrah to "take down that damn monster".
Kris' manipulation of Toriel crescendos during Rachel's boss fight when Toriel quite literally takes hits from Kris onto herself.


But to end this off, I'll leave you with a little "fyi":
The events of each chapter's weird routes have no lasting impact on future chapters, as all Lightners involved seemingly forget what happened the next day, almost as if what happened in the Dark World never even occurred.
This will be explained later down the line, though for now remember that, at the end of the day, your choices don't matter. :>

[Lightners]
] Long time ago, us darkfolk were in an alliance with the Lightners.
] This place was a safe haven for them. Food, beverage, whatever they wanted was here...
] And then one day, I guess we ran out of use. No longer needed. 
] But some think they found a new purpose for our world... Garbage storage! Gyahaha!
] ...Yet, of course, not all share the common, bleaker outlook. 
] The Principal of Academy is adamant on Lightner's return, plannin' to restore our realm's original purpose...

[This world]
] There was nothin' special about the place. No rulers, no leaders. But sooner or later someone had to fill that role.
] And it ended up being an old lady, the owner of the Academy.
] 'Course, not without help from the outside. A mysterious guest visited her, promising to "turn back time" to the good ol' days.
