Hi guys.

Here's my one-take guitar cover attempt on Meshuggah's Bleed (each on both sides, L+R, unedited, unquantized). 

My signal chain is:

- Ibanez RG8 (Basswood Body, Strandberg 8 Pickups)
- Planet Waves Solderless cable
- Native Instrument Komplete Audio 2 (0 hardware Gain)
- Reaper
- TS808 OD plugin
- Neural DSP Gojira
- Waves L1 Limiter Stereo

Drums:
- Created using EZX Death Metal Meshuggah Bleed Groove pack, using Mark Lewis Bathyal Blue Kit no FX Bus preset
- Snare resampled using GetGood Drums Modern and Massive

Mastering chain:
- Waves ARTG Mastering Stereo (Glue and Punch preset, boosted the mid-highs)
- FabFilter Pro L2 (Gain +6, output limit set to -0.1)

Bass track taken from Meshuggah's stem, level boosted by 4.5.

Meshuggah - Bleed (one take, half song guitar cover)

Hi guys! Recently, i just changed my stock pickups on my Schecter Omen 6 with Seymour Duncan Nazgul-Sentient. These pickups sounds really great, but of course what i mean about great is subjective, so yeaah :p 

This is reaaaaaaally a quick test as I did a one-take only, so pardon my sloppy playing :p 

I reduce the master volume of the song to make sure that my guitar is able to be heard. And also, please note that I DON'T USE ANY AMP, so what you'll hear is purely the sound generated from the pickups and the effect pedal, more configuration can be found below:

Guitar: Schecter Omen 6 Diamond Series (Basswood Body, Rosewood Fretboard, Maple neck)
Pedal: Rocktron Zombie Rectified Distortion (vol: 12 o'clock, Bass: 0, Treble: 0, Stare: 3 o'clock, Scream: 0)

No additional plugins.
