Ocean Drive Radio is delighted to share with you their first EP. The man behind the release is g̷r̷a̷h̷a̷m̷ (@grahamoc), a fast rising name in the lofi house world. His tracks premiered on EELF were instant hits, which resulted in an EP release on lofi institute @welofi. 

For ODR, he brings a pallet of breakbeat and lofi flavours to reminisce to the pre corona times.  Just little over a year ago, when we had little worries and could still dance the night away at festivals. Furthermore this EP symbolises the quiet for the storm, as hopefully soon, “We Will Dance Again.”

Watch out for the title track premiere on @Filth-Inc-official today, as well as premieres at @EELFmusic, @welofi and @Moskalus over the span of the next 2 weeks.

Lukas Ivancin, known professionally as BEATFOOT, is a Slovak electronic music producer and DJ based in Prague.
Uniting the sounds of house, downtempo and modern dance music with a deep, energetic, and futuristic feel is his typical signature.
His dreamy sounds are influenced by artists such as Bonobo, Darius, and Yuksek. 

Green Haze EP is typical blissful Beatfoot’s production. Green is very organic deep house/balearic gem full of eye-closed emotions, warm pad, stabs nice fem vocal and bubbly Moog bassline in slightly tapping 4/4 beat. Similar but more laidback is Hazey, warm chilly downtempo full live instrumentation - Rhodes piano, airy sax, funky guitar and soulful vocal. Glacier on the contrary has deeper cinematic touch, but still has chilly warmth. Brilliant tracks!

Remix duty has been made by Vivacity Music co-owner Cubik. His remix of Green is again in his very own style - straightforward easy going deep house ride with lush stabs and pads flowing down the track. This time underlined by heavy beat and slightly garage-like bassline giving track a bit of tension.

PREMIERE: Beatfoot - Green (Cubik's Purple Haze Remix) [Vivacity Music]

Inspiration came about for this EP while James & I were only planning on making one track together as a collab for the fun of it (the first track we worked on was “What Is A Friend?”) & after finishing up that one we realized that we work on music really well together & decided to create a 4 track EP full of gröövy, deeper sounding cuts that will make people get loose on the dance floor. We also thought it would be cool to split it up into two tracks that we worked on together (“What Is A Friend?” & “Good Livin’”) to showcase our musical style through collaboration & then throwing in two of our own tracks that we worked on individually (“Dreaming Of Better Days” & “Plant Talk”) to showcase our own musical styles within our own work. The overall vibe of this EP is nothing but a gröövy sensation and for the love of house music, the emotion that house music makes us feel & what we want to share with the world as they listen to these tracks.

Step Recordings starts its 2021 with a bang: in January they drop an EP coming from Shall Not Fade and Madhouse's usual suspect Ruff Stuff.

After releasing music from Baltra, Pantera Krause, Third Son and more, Catz N' Dogz are adding another rising talent to their Step's catalogue: Ruff Stuff. The Italian born, Berlin based producer delivers 4 hot House tinged tracks to warm up the winter.

Ruff Stuff has put together for STEP a collection of warm analogue sounding tracks, driven by soulful pads, relentless 4/4 grooves, smooth and deep basslines. The EP opens up with the fast paced 'Daily Routine', guided by a wonderfully programmed 909 drum beat. Following is 'Let It Move', a deep cut permeated by a classic House vibe, where you can really hear Ruff Stuff's personal touch. 'River Side', with its percussion and sampled voice is another gem, one of those unstoppable tracks that looks at Chicago for inspiration. The EP closes with 'Ma Love': straight groove, bright stabs, rumbling bass: dancefloor killer.
