The street lamp shadow poured into the alley, like a shot out of a mystery romance flick. No sound but the paper trash dancing in the city smoke reminded me I'm out of cigaret "this must be hell" I thought as I rest my back on the brick wall waiting for nothing to happen.

Also known as DJ Globalution, this Electro Swing and World-Beats pioneer started his career in 1987 at the Club Atelier 89 in the former East Berlin. 

He was one of the first Electro Swing DJ’s in Germany and is also the co- founder of the Electro Swing Revolution parties (together with Wolfram von Dobschütz) at the clubs Astra and Frannz in downtown Berlin as well as The Electro Swing Revolution Radio.

They have been coined electro swing, rave jazz, swing tech and then some. As the story goes, the trio sparked into existence during a live session at the legendary Bar 25 in Berlin. When the sound of Tel Aviv hip-hop met the Berlin swing spirit, the alchemy was real. All three shared a similar feeling for the old-time jazz sound and that passion was the foundation of their identity, leading to their first album "Death by Swing" in 2011. As they started touring, the project quickly ascended to international festivals with the explosion of the electro-swing scene. They soon got the attention of record companies such as Wagram and Tower records which featured them on renown compilations. 3 Albums and countless shows later, the three Berlin-based artists are still independently working on their collage of jazz, blues, swing, catchy hooks and heavy electronic beats.
