The DIRTYBIRD crew havent even had time to take their counsellor uniforms to the dry cleaners post-Campout, but already theyre dishing out more bulletproof slabs of future-flexed acid house.

Will Clarke mans the controls: Making his Dirtybird debut in January with "Badness" on DIRTYBIRD 10, follwing up with "The Boogie Woogie" EP and lazer-snapping "808Frenzy" on "DIRTYBIRD BBQ - Grill$ons Revenge" collection, the bristly Bristol-based spandex enthusiast has enjoyed a beautiful summer with releases on Defected, Emerald City and Turbo and unforgettable shows across the US, Australia and Europe.

Returning to the label with the bulbous two-track EP "Turn It Up," Clarke does just that: Writhing in carnal groove simplicity, he taps into the roots of timeless, low-down, butt-wriggling house music with three obscene examples of strong-armed tech funk. "Can You Funk" punches with Breach-level hookiness, and Turn It Up does the loopy-loop with Dirtybirds trademark vocal trippiness. 

Keep it turned: Will Clarke has been one of 2015s most exciting and authentic house music success stories. We can thank DIRTYBIRD for that. Stay tuned for more very soon...

At the end of every year most labels and publications look back and reflect on what has come before, re-packaging old tracks together or making top ten lists. I’m always trying to find some big new records at the end of the year so I can go play something fresh, so I’d like to present the DIRTYBRD New Years Special. 

Here are seven new bangers for your holiday DJ sets. The tracks are all new & most of them are by new talents on the label. Fresh faces include veteran German producer David Keno, an all new act called Jaded, Sirus Hood from Paris, My Cat Snoop, Mikey V, Wood Holly & Sage Armstrong.  Of course we have a few guys who have been on the label before, Ardalan, Genghis Clan, and Nick Olivetti.

All the tracks work great in the club which was the main criteria for the compilation, no headphone b-sides here (although we still love those too!). Happy holidays to everyone.

Ahh, the joys of Summer. Something about this season puts a smile on our face. Could be the sun, could be the Summer break, but most of all we love it because it’s BBQ season. Dirtybird started with a grill and some speakers in the park, and while we’ve passed a decade of park parties, we’ve reached the third installment of our yearly BBQ compilation, “Secret Sauce'.

BBQ’s are all about coming together, so we’ve added some unique artist collaborations, along with several up and coming artists we’ve welcomed to the family. Doorly &amp; Marshall Jefferson, Shiba San &amp; Will Clarke, Billy Kenny &amp; Maximono, Christian Martin &amp; Ardalan, and Justin Jay &amp; Sacha Robotti all team up for the first time, and we welcome back Bruno Furlan and Sirus Hood, who each turn in their own stand-out tracks that have been on heavy rotation. New faces to Dirtybird include Dateless, Whoami, Sven Lochenhoer, Middath, Groove ’N Hat, Dankey, and Born Dirty.

With enough music to fuel your Summer holiday, you can catch all of these tracks being played on our BBQ tour, where will be hitting up San Francisco, Seattle, Brooklyn, Detroit and our BBQ city vote winner, Miami. See you in the sun.

We have our tents, coolers, sleeping bags, costumes and game faces packed as we gear up for the 3rd annual Dirtybird Campout! Every outing to the Great Outdoors needs a proper soundtrack, and we reached deep into the Dirtybird vaults for a super sized version of this year's Campout Compilation, with 15 tracks from several of the artists you'll see perform in the woods.  

In addition to including many past Dirtybird favorites, we’ve also added two special bonus tracks—the previously unreleased remix of Claude VonStroke's “Barrump” from Billy Kenny that's been a closely guarded weapon and been tearing up dancefloors all Summer, and Claude & Jesse Rose’s “Bare Mountain”, which was originally released on Jesse’s A-Sided label back in 2015.

For those of you Campers that spend your time dancing in front of the decks instead of spinning behind them, our Dirtybird Player, Ardalan, put together this year's compilation into a seamless mix for your adventures.

Fritz Carlton and Lubelski have grown a cult like following over the years at Desert Hearts. They first popped onto our radar with their smash hit, "Doses", which has gone on to be one of the most downloaded tracks on the label. The boys followed that up with "2C-Bounce", a certified monster from our Family & Friends Vol. 1 compilation. Finally Lubelski just released his first solo EP on the label titled "Keep Going" and it's been smashing dance floors 100% of the time. Recorded live at 2am on Sunday night at our Desert Hearts Festival 2017, we know you're going to enjoy the weirdness from Fritz Carlton b2b Lubelski.

Mikey Lion & Sacha Robotti - Live at Dirtybird Campout 2018

You know Dirtybird for dropping basslines and creating smiles on the dance floor since January 2005.

The fun family vibe of the Dirtybird label can be traced back to a free event started in Golden Gate Park, San Francisco. This new kind of house music went against the smooth vocal house that was popular at the time and derived its influences mostly from hip-hop, drum n bass, and American funk. The free outdoor BBQ party was very rough around the edges but eventually became legendary amongst the people of San Francisco. This event was also a very influential factor in the decision by Claude VonStroke to start the record label in 2005.

Today, Dirtybird has offices in San Francisco and Los Angeles and has expanded into events and tour production. As it grows, the brand continues to expand beyond music into merchandise, licensing and artist management. In 2015, Dirtybird launched the inaugural Dirtybird Campout festival, which has been dubbed “Summer Camp For Adults”, and Dirtybird has been recognized from their achievements by being awarded "Underground Label of the Year" at the International Dance Music Awards, “Label of the Decade” by Mixmag, “Best North American Label” by DJ Mag, and Billboard’s "Top 5 Independent Dance Labels".
