This is a project for a course I recently did on music production. I like the way it turned out. Recorded on my macbook using Garageband & a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 interface. Guitar was miced through a Shure SM57 on an old Crate 1. Hope to do some animation to go with this, but behind on the current project right now so who knows.

A Storm To End All Storms

Remixed the guitars & drums on this one, but thinking about re recording it with the new * string I just got because of the much cleaner active pickups. Also transitioning from DI to micing an amp, interested to see how that would turn out in this song. But for now, here's this.

When Bullets Fail

Disaster Engine is an experimental project writing and recording groove oriented instrumental metal, with other influences as may be required for certain themes or material. The primary focus at this time has been scoring animated films for the  Renegade Artisans studio productions, however plans are underway for an EP featuring both songs from the Renegade Artisans soundtracks as well as original titles.
