Branch 2 (titled "The Underground Milita") details an ending where the human stops their massacre after their confrontation with Sans in Snowdin out of *fear*. They simply run from that point on, hoping to get out of the Underground as quickly as possible. Only when they can’t run, they slash their way through. After their departure, seeing the damage the human caused, monsterkind starts preparing for war against humanity; with Queen Undyne as their leader. Will monsterkind's resolve falter, when a new human falls?

If you weren't aware; Disbelief: Aftermath had been operating as a sort of spin-off from Aftergore for some time; However, I have been considering separating DB:A from its roots as a spin-off, and making it its own project; one that can stand on its own two feet. Well, after long consideration...
That's exactly what I'm doing! Disbelief: Aftermath is now no longer tied to Aftergore's canon, and stars a new protagonist, Edward! Or just Edd, for short. Here are his sprites:

Branch 4 (titled "The Disbelieving King") details an ending where the human finally stops their genocide, after sparing Papyrus during their confrontation at the last corridor. After the human was gone, Papyrus was seen as a hero, and was appointed king. With his brother and friends dead, however, Papyrus is struggling. The last thing the ruler of this broken kingdom needs is another human falling down.
Especially now that a new human has fallen to the Underground, Papyrus is going to be pushed to his limits...

If you don’t know what Disbelief: Aftermath is, Disbelief: Aftermath is a series of Undertale AU’s inspired placed after the events of Undertale: Disbelief; in which a new human falls down, after Frisk’s rampage through the Underground. In Disbelief's original story; after Sans' confrontation, the human continues their massacre; completing their genocide run when they kill Papyrus. But what if they didn't? What would the fate of the Underground be if the human took a different course of action after Sans' death? This is what Disbelief: Aftermath hopes to answer.
