Fresh on Correspondant is Matrefakt’s new EP, Statik. Hailing from Liverpool, this dynamic duo met through their mutual passion for electronic music, and began their creative journey together in 2018. Since then, they've built an impressive catalog of releases and launched their own label, Attitudes to Life. With Statik, they continue to push their signature sound into bold new territory. The title-track starts off strong, with in your face four-to-the-floor kicks, and searing guitar riffs. With their label Correspondant, Jennifer Cardini has pursued a progressive dance sound with a far-flung group of established and upcoming artists. Since 2011, more than fifty EPs have been put out. At the beginning of 2017 Jennifer Cardini and her partner Noura Labbani will start a new label, Dischi Autunno. 
With Dischi Autunno, Cardini and Labbani will release rock, indie, ambient, prog and experimental music directed to the home listening experience. The label will publish solely albums which will be made available on LP, CD as well as digital with !K7 as distributor. The first catalogue number will be “Holy Ghost People” by Dutch artist Dollkraut.
Each record will have unique artwork created by UK visual artist, photographer & film maker Stevie Anderson. Exploring altered mind states with symbolic and metaphorical images Anderson will add a visual dimension to Dischi Autunno´s music.
