Had the pleasure of playing the legendary pagoda stage for the 25 anniversary of Shambhala music festival. (Yes you should go if you haven’t) 
Thought I’d keep the people guessing on what I was going to play and well I think it was a success. This one was a nod to disco edits booty breaks and some ukg edits of some legendary classics.

DJ Surgeon - Funk My Life! 6 (Aug 2016)

Hello everybody!  Here's my mix from The Glitter Ranch Saloon at the 2017 Oregon Eclipse Festival this past summer in August!  Full of funk boogie breaks and house, with a litttle extra cheese sauce cause dammmmnn those Dumplings were good!!  This was an impromptu set, off the cuff and full of some of my favorite boogie down tracks throughout the years! The Head Maze is an ambitious Burning Man Art project for 2019 and I was honored to play this set at their event at the Bluebird Nightclub in Reno, NV. Simardy Mcfly - Another One Bites The Dust

Hello friends! 

This is a musical journey that has been created for my Dad as a Father's day gift.  Music is how I express my self and I wanted to put together what best represented where it all started. This is the music that I grew up on with my parents and that easily has the largest influence on my music career.  I'll always remember foot tapping to classic rock on the way to hockey when I was a kid. Cruising down the Deerfoot with the windows down on a sunny day.  My father is one of the nicest most humble men I know and the best father anyone could ask for. Thanks for everything Dad.  I hope you all enjoy this journey.
