New track called: 'CERTIFIED' is an underground influenced funk bomb with a rocking synth bassline and hypnotic vocoder vocals that create a deep and spacey atmosphere. Also, we've the big pleasure to receive a big remix from Mathy K. & The Funky Punch (Solomun's Label: 2DIY4). This track was a remix we did of a Ingrid Haakanson, Gene Lee & Jon Lee track entitled "Right one in" in 2011 on DanceLab Recordings.

We loved the feel and concept of this track, we felt that it was in real need of a facelift so we all decided it was time to RE-EDIT it and stick it up as a free bee (as we are a charitable bunch).

Amazingly productive, would be the appropriate explanation for these Falmouth (Cornwall) based trio, although making music was not the start of things for these guys.

They came together though dj'ing at various events across cornwall and installing sound systems for close friends and customers (under the name of Audio Source), so it was second nature to them to turn up, impress and get the job done.

After working the sound system circuit for a while and djing at various events / night clubs they became a well established underground house music event 'Pop Clique' along side brad 212 where they are still rocking dance floors to this day, mainly at there residential home ground of The Watermans / Falmouth where they have been holding it down every month.

With proceeding to amaze ear drums with good quality sound / lighting and house music they still could not feed there appetite to impress within the music industry ……… So The Discoguns were born, making mind altering glitches, crisp drums and smooth warm basslines, these boys have only been producing together for less than 2 and half years and have already been putting there feet firmly within the industry on such labels as
JAMBALAY RECORDS / 2mr2 Records / 4House Digital / Dance Lab Recordings / Ventress Recordings / Kiss Dance Records & Karmak Records.

Expect more than a lot coming from The Discoguns in the very near future.
