Still sizzling away from the release of ‘CherrySevenUp’ back in June; the Liverpool collective had calls answered for remixes and this being the first by DJ Mirage.

An attitude driven breakbeat mix with a sniff of jump up and sub bass notes.

Another remix of latest release ‘CherrySevenUp’. After a confident, boisterous mix from DJ Mirage; we have a dreamy electro pop mix from Kali Diston - Jones, drummer of Scouse band, Monks.

An atmospheric vibe crossed with some influence of LCD Soundsystem.

The anticipated new track for 2023; “Systematic” is the fifth release from Liverpool collective, Disco in Sochi. Along with remixes from Mark Peters (Engineers, Ulrich Schnauss, Sonic Cathedral) and DiS with another of their own  “Discotheque” mixes!

Once of band Engineers, Mark Peters has had an illustrious career solo working with the likes of Ulrich Schnauss (Tangerine Dream), producing and to releasing his latest album on Sonic Cathedral last year. 

Mark actually started off Disco in Sochi in the midst of the 2020 pandemic with lead man Alex and recorded the first songs including this release “Systematic”. 

This ambient, krautrock homage of a remix brings the styles and sounds to which both Mark and Alex had always shared a common interest.

DiS return for their second remix after a solid debut with their “SHAKE!” one last year. 

Heavy percussion driven remix lead by mind bending dynamics. Feels like The Prodigy and Chemical Brothers morphed a b2b mix.

Eagerly awaited new song from the lads up north in Liverpool which marries pop with euro disco in this compact belter of a song. Sure to get you grooving when playing!

This will be Disco in Sochi's sixth release since their debut back in late 2021.

Everybody's Dancing

This is a Disco in Sochi remix of "Same Old Things" by Le Junk. 

A big sounding, dance floor stomper of a remix of the first track of LJ's debut EP "Hush".  There is history between the two outfits which makes this collaboration that bit more special!

A little ballad of juicy piano hooks and bitter sweet melodies with again more thumping drums. This is the seventh release from the Liverpool collective with more round the corner. Stay tuned!

Differences

The Liverpool based duo embrace their piano pop side once again with the seventh release to the catalogue, following on from the growing popularity of their last single 'Differences'.

ALWAYS BETTER WHATEVER

It's been a busy year, gigs have started and Disco in Sochi are back for one last blast with their soft, raunchy power pop ballad "OMG!".

A blend of big beat drums grooving to a low end synth. Think a poppy LCD Soundsystem with a fat groove and sweet melodies.
