So...it's been a while and of course the new Pet Shop Boys "Nonetheless" record has been released to well deserved amazing reviews. Obsessed here! Also, this one here has only been included in the Japan edition so I'm starting with the most unusual of them. I recently learned how Neil Tennant was inspired by T.S. Eliot's poetry and readings. Makes so much sense and that's why it's being featured in this remix. Enjoy!

Here is another mix from CD Vaults of the iconic "West End Girls" by Pet Shop Boys. The Pet Head that I am, I have always been fascinated with this song specially for the evolution from the 1984 Bobby Orlando version to the more polished heavy on the base Stephen Hague 1985 version. They are both brilliant versions.  Here is a totally different take while overdoing it with some samples from Deee-Lite and St. Germain and other crazy stuff it totally feels distorted yet with some great moments. It feels all over the place and it shows you that's what I was into it a lot in 2006. Enjoy!

Here is a long (very long take) on a very pivotal song in my life. This was released in 1999 from their underrated Nightlife album. I was going through a very hard break up with someone I love dearly.  Pet Shop Boys just released a newly mastered version of this with some great extra tracks added.  This was one of my favorites  and had to pay homage to this song that helped me get through a very hard time. Enjoy!

Just got a listen of Róisín Murphy's latest offering "Incapable" and she's definitely "bringing it back" by evoking the spirit of early '80s synch disco. Her voice is always on point and I'm loving the Human League vibe of this song.  I just had to remix it!
