Cette petite vous amène à découvrir l'univers du concept "Tropical Rythmos" dont je suis totalement alignée dans la passion, la selection musicale et l'intention. C'est l'un des premiers concepts ou j'ai mixer, et Wayo l'une des promières personne à soutenir ma proposition musicale.

C'est un projet né de la passion pour les rythmes afro-descendants, la danse, le partage et la fête. Projet multiple qui se fédère autour des soirées du même noms, le concept a vocation à rassembler. Pour cela il peut se décliner sous différents formats comme la radio, les conférences, les live bands, magazines, expositions etc … C’est donc un concept en évolution constante et qui se veut ouvert sur les autres.

Les soirées Tropical Rythmos ont pris résidence au Salon des Indépendants à Montpellier. Rendez-vous mensuel emmené par son fondateur Simon Nancey aka Wayo, la musique s’y joue (pour le moment) sur vinyle, avec la volonté de proposer une expérience immersive.

En parallèle on peut retrouver Tropical Rythmos en partenariat de festivales, en
collaborations et autres partages. L’objectif à termes et d’associer des groupes Live au projet afin d’y inclure les productions actuelles qui ne trouvent pas forcément leur place sur format vinyle.

Ces soirées se veulent être un espace de danse et d’expression libre où le respect et le consentement de chacune et chacun sont les moteurs d’une énergie commune. Nous mettons un point d’honneur à ce que chacun et chacune puisse se sentir chez lui au sein de cet espace. Ces valeurs nous sont chères et il nous apparait primordial que nous agissions tous ensemble dans ce sens
