A collage of sounds that were recorded on the 24th of March 2025 (either performed live on location, or played on vinyl) at Ze Dos Bois association, Lisboa, during one of the last N0N PR0FIT nights.
The opening sequence is an unreleased live recording of Violeta Azevedo & Borja Caro, blended with some records I played that night. Among them: Mark - So You Betrayed The Creative Arts For Your Own Personal Ends (wrong speed), The Devil, Probably? (or is it a Hegoa? Both? Worth check both labels anyway...), and the closing song of that Shizuka tape reissue (I think its ‘III’).

After a splendid, sought after 12” on Pyramids Of Mars, an already expensive edits split Ep with Red Axes on Edit Service and his highly original and acclaimed self released debut album “Don’t touch my sister” Rouge Mecanique delivers a stone cold classic Ep for Discos Capablanca. The psychedelic steady muscle of ‘All Will Be Changed’ aims to destroy visionary dance floors. ‘Sans Scrupules’ is the most surprising acid banger you will likely hear this year. ‘Ampedusa / Xaver’ defies description and its mutant sound could evoque ecstatic early minimal house references, kraut and concrete music. ‘Can I say’ is simply put the most elegant, languid way to say goodbye to an Ep that exudes sheer brilliance and character. Timeless applies here.

Sharif Laffrey's epic masterpiece will be soon available! 
Sharif Laffrey has been playing all over the place for 20 long hard years. Born in Detroit, Michigan - he's worked on The Line & at Submerge, toured asia with Juan Atkins and once had to chase a grown man through the streets at night after the man crawled into his living room through an open window. *He* was also once chased by a man with a knife. An active member in Detroit's early rave scene he still lives with the fear that one day someone will develop the 8mm film that was taken during some of those nights and put it on youtube. Sharif remembers booking all international gigs exclusively with something he calls a "Fax Machine" - He says there was "no internet" then. He also had a beeper (pager) and drove a Trans-Am. Not ironically. "I like Acid House." 
Sharif Laffrey realeased TURN IT UP on Discos Capablanca to massive praise, he is dealing with The Fame since then.

Having spent himself somewhat and got rather irritable, he turned from some foreign odopters to home - bred nihilists and socialists, and ended by flying into a passion. He seized a large rolleo, and beatling it in half over his krambambully plate, in the manner of the stylish bryanskian cafe ""Transe-Croques"", announced that he would tear limb from limb, reduce to ashes, all those who objected to anybody or to anything! These were his very words. ""It is Hugh time! Hugh time, ????!"" 
Meanwhile, the Serbian prince, the beloved K.F.Ingram was assassinated by some rexers in Belgrade.

Capablanca's DIY psychedelic industrial disco 'exorcism de style' gets revisioned here by YPY transmuting Top Less into a lisergic overdose, Alessandro Adriani, whose mean mechanic stomper version takes Flores Feias collab by the hand (chained) to a skinhead dark room, and Lipelis' magic wand converts Lap Dance into a Russian bathhouse sex-o-ddisey weirdo monster hit.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Scott Young’s music traverses a wide sonic palette, encapsulating leftfield dance music, musique concrete, experimental film soundtracks and lush ambient excursions.
Following a noteworthy appearance on Samo DJ’s Born Free imprint, a series of accomplished releases on Discos Capablanca and a mesmeric contribution to the 2019 Opal Tapes compilation ‘Amateur Vampires’, Young returns with his most significant output to date.
Comprised of five tracks that work towards different styles, ‘Ket City’ is intended as an intimate ode to the United Kingdom, and a response to the oppression of algorithmically filtered modernity and the drudgery of work. Diving into hypnotic, artfully fractured dancefloor movements, dub-dilated drum workouts & heavy-lidded ambient zones, ‘Ket City’ is a diverse prospect that nevertheless reveals the execution of a unique signature.
A cerebral, tranquilised, escapist trip that channels ambiguity and positivity in equal measure, and evokes the influence of Mille Plateaux, Wordsound, Mark Fell and Matt Steel’s SND project as well as contemporary operators like Huerco S and Madteo.

Princess P & Cio are a couple living in 2 different cities in Switzerland (Bern and Zurich.) Besides their daily jobs Muriel works as a DJ and Cio runs Spezialmaterial at Club Zukunft. While sitting out the current Pandemic-situation in their respective quarantine homes, Cio sent his Records to Bern where Princess P. recorded a sort of Long-Distance-Back-2-Back with music they are currently listening to including Swiss artists such as Starter, Schmutz Sisters or Fizzè.
