This one took a while, but the wait turned out to be just right because we are closing out the year with a dear friend who marked the beginning of our 2023.

You surely recall that night in January when Marie Pravda made her Sofia debut, turning it into one of our most memorable events to date. The outcome of Marie’s performance, however, was way more important than just another great party. It gave us immense hope that there are still young artists out there who move forward through dedication and authenticity rather than social media hype or cheap “industry” tricks.

Fresh from an extensive tour in Mexico, Marie returns with a mesmerizing mescaline-induced mix that perfectly encapsulates her trademark affinity for seamless mixing and fluid storytelling.

Bereket is 17 years old and living in the Netherlands for a year now. He built his own krar, a traditional string instrument from Eritrea. We welcome him in the studio, playing and singing live while we talk and play music. 

There are many new neighbours that had to fled their homes. In Syria, in Eritrea, in many other countries till this very moment. We think it's important to show how their culture can enrich ours.

"We are at the beginning of something new that will mean a long process both individually and collectively.
