Through this journey shaped with different melodies of Italo & indie dance , you will also spot voice extracts of 3 different documentaries around Italo Disco giving it a super warm & chill vibe like you would be driving that car slowly in the night desert :  « Distant Planet: The Six Chapters of Simona »  the latest ARTE documentary "Italo disco, the sparkling sound of the 80's") and a last piece of movie called Italo legacy.

Jason Peters is a DJ/producer and label boss for Roam Recordings.
 
He is also a long time staple of the San Francisco dance music community where he plays regularly for some of SF’s more discerning clubs and promoters such as Sunset Sound System, Housepitality, Monarch, and The Great Northern. On Jason Peters’ travels outside of the Bay Area he has played events such as SundaySunday, CRSSD festival, Block 9 at Glastonbury, Red Light Radio, Kater Blau, and the Alfresco festival.

Jason has music scheduled for release in 2023 on Playground, Nein, and his own Roam Recordings. In addition to his solo work, Jason has a more psychedelic techno leaning project with his partner _Mr_Jenifer and releases under the Psybody moniker. Together Jason and _Mr_Jenifer also run the Psychicbody record label.

Looking back at more than 25 years of Djing, Noema is a true master at the decks.
During his former 10 year residency at the legendary Berlin Club institution Wilde Renate, Noema developed a unique style combining eclectic selections, fascinating dramaturgies and exceptional mixing skills. In his sets, he seamlessly navigates through Cosmic, Balearic Beat, Classic House, Indie Dance and Dark Disco, delivering an electrifying journey packed with unexpected twists and turns 
In his studio work, he has collaborated with electronic music heavy weights like Grammy winners Basement Jaxx, Apparat, Dixon, Acid Pauli and many more.
In winter 2023 Noema released his debut Album, which is part of his comprehensive art piece called ''ONE'' for which he composed minimal music for a small orchestra and electronics, created an interactive choreography, stage design, costumes, story, texts, graphics and videos. 
The original album is accompanied by a remix EPs featuring artists like Lauer, Kalabrese, Mehmet Aslan, Shubostar and Panthera Krause.

Besides his involvement in electronic music, Noema has played classical guitar since he's six years old, won a grant and several music awards in the process and eventually graduated the renowed music college „Hanns Eisler“ in Berlin with a masters degree.

Mexico City based Argentine-alien Thomass Jackson brings a slamming second edition of UFO HOUSE.

Supported by the likes of Axel Boman, Ivan Smagghe, Joseph Capriati and more, UFO House vol I was a watershed release, the birth of a micro-genre. Mushroom-fortified acid house with a touch of ketamine wonk, to put things in terms most drug-addled DJs will understand. Alien intelligence filtered through the feeble human vessel coupled with analog electronics. 
Abduct these dance floors without reservation, achieve aural supremacy, out-funk your DJ neighbour. Do not resist.

Some already know Marcos as DJ Coshmar, the nick name he used to produce his first mixtape during the 90s and two turntablists’ LPs : “Politically Uncorrect” (2002) and “Concrete or Abstract” (2007), both 100% built from vinyl & turntables only. Very few know that DJ Coshmar aka Supa Cosh, is also a graffiti writer since the 80s and the head honcho of Star Wax mag.  Born in Las Palmas (Canarias Islands) and grew up in Paris suburbs, he is curating vinyl compilations and blasting the stage worlwide. From street block party to resort, Coshmar has spun in Germany, Switzerland, Portugal, Reunion Island, Spain, Belgium, France, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Singapore and Philippines. 

For each mix, he aims to do something special. After working on mixtapes and several other mixes, he started the Coshmix series 12 or 13 years ago (you can listen via: https://www.mixcloud.com/SupaCosh/). For Coshmix 18, he focused on a beat ranging from 95 to 105 BPM, incorporating various genres of music but deliberately avoiding hip-hop beats. It’s a special mix full of soulful vibes for music lovers! Even though it's a dance mix, he wanted something less up-tempo than the typical Afro-Latin and Brazilian disco house mixes. While he still appreciates traditional instruments, he was aiming for a sound that feels more electronic than what he usually spins. He added some additional scratches and edited most of the tracks. Two of the tracks also come from the latest Star Wax vinyl compilation, which he curated himself.

Graftak, being one of the founders of Club Solitaire & resident of Antwerp’s Drag me to Hell collective, has been a valued part of Belgium’s darker nightlife for many years.
His style embodies Dark Disco & EBM over Techno to Minimal Synth. Blending gloomy allure and hypnotic rhythms with a melancholic edge. All while never losing its sleazy undertone.

K. Torpela is a DJ hailing from southeast Finland. In his sets he mainly navigates in the soundscapes of Italo Disco, Indie Dance, Dark Disco, New Beat, EBM; combining both modern productions and tracks of the past. Having played genres like Techno, Hardcore and Drum & Bass in the past, rhythm and percussion have always been close to his heart. The mood in his sets can often be described as mysterious, gloomy and atmospheric; without compromising grooviness.

With this mix I went with a heavy emphasis on New Beat sound, with some flavour of things like EBM, Acid and Techno. The goal was to create an exciting journey full of twists, moments of calmness, wonder and full-on banging.

Herr.Ektor is a multidisciplinary artist (music, writing, photography...) and LGBTQIA+ activist who lives and works in Berlin. Shaped by poetry and D.I.Y culture, his interest in music, and more specifically electronic and alternative scenes, led him to become a DJ and co-organise the infamous queer parties Electrofuckdiscosuicideparty (Collectif Blogvipère 2008-2015). His sets are musical journeys through several musical genres, influenced by the madness and dark wave universe of the 80s, 90s techno, the electroclash scene, and Dark Disco.
