MIX STELLA GALACTICA #2

@therealheidenreich is an up-and-coming artist from East Frisia who currently lives in Berlin. After years of listening to techno and house music typical of Berlin, he discovered his passion for indie dance and began to be inspired by artists like Manfredas and Red Axes.

Heidenreich began his musical career as a multi-instrumentalist in a band before focusing on producing music. Using Ableton, he creates his own unique sounds, characterised by deep and driving basses, atmospheric sounds and psychedelic guitar riffs.

Heidenreich has since released his music on a variety of renowned labels, including Duro, Jane Musica, HEARec, Belly Dance Service, Heimlich, Bonkers, Wuza Rec., Sinchi, Nein Records and Espacio CIELO. He is known for his DJ sets in and around Berlin, where he takes the audience on a musical journey.

F.U.R.O., acronym of For Underground Ritual Only, is an Italian collective born in 2020 from the creative minds of two DJs and producers in love with EBM, New Wave, Industrial and Post-Punk.

The project has its roots and influences in the 80s and 90s Dark and New Wave imagery with a deep look at club music. Solid drums, spacey synths, groovy bass lines and scratchy distorted guitars are the very distinctive marks of F.U.R.O. music productions and Dj Sets.

Get ready to enter in an immersive mood that will make you dance until the night comes back. F.U.R.O. is electronic magic that evokes spirits dormant in the darkness of the dancefloor.

but also beyond the borders of France (Tempio del futuro Perduto in Milan, Makhno, CANAL 54 or La Gravière in Geneva)

It is also present on several big events such as the Nuits Sonores, the Hippodrome de Vincennes, Worldwide Festival or Château Perché.

Yay! This year the summer has been treating us with loads of sunshine, and hopefully there are more weeks to come! For TR169 we arranged the head honcho of the Normtusa label: Molsy. He created a one hour mix packed with bangers sauced of with his signature blend of indie, dark-, and techno sounds. Perfect for those sunset moments to get ready for the night!

Mon cher Guy is a DJ and producer from Paris, who stands out for her retro-melodic style with an indie dance sound, a musical genre that oscillates between the nostalgia of post-disco, the melodic structure of alternative and indie rock and the contemporary energy of dance.

Her love of music began at an early age, as a clarinet player. Today, Mon cher Guy strives to democratize the indie dance genre around a sunny, energetic atmosphere. 

In 2023, she played over forty shows, including the Rex Club, Badaboum, Marvellous Island festival and Cocorico Electro. Her latest track, "Malfunction", is out on Swedish label Club Mackan, and her first EP will be released this autumn. Get yourself a glimpse of what is yet to come in mix no. 19 including an unreleased edit of Mon cher Guy herself!
