A violinist and pianist since childhood, Zaratustra takes his name from the symphonic poem “Thus Spoke Zarathustra” by Richard Strauss, an epic and powerful piece which inspires him in his compositions. As a producer, Zaratustra was first inspired by the music of the 80s (Italo, new wave, EBM), then extended his palette towards rave and prog-house sounds straight from the 90s. This versatility translates into his DJ sets through a taste for eclecticism and timing: certain atmospheres lend themselves more to a captivating dark disco, others to a dynamic and sunny trance! In 2023, he created the Apéro Notturno collective, which aims to organize Italo/trance parties in Paris in order to celebrate music inspired by the 80s and 90s. Around the same time, Zaratustra launched a live turntable/synthesizer show with Pol Sibil playing the electric guitar.

Pan-Am Tracks welcomes DVS NME & Krypton 81 for its latest physical release, a 2xLP collaboration between the Electro visionaries. This ambitious project pays homage to the legendary Das Muster, a pivotal figure in the Electro genre, and promises a sonic trip that resonates with fans of the genre.

Velvet Velour is a solo project of UK-based synth diva Valeria Valuyskaya. She takes her inspiration from disco, electro and noir-synthpop carefully mixed with her ethereal vocals. She is the founder of Jardin de Bliss label that is focused on synth-based music.

Following the release of noir-disco inspired DENSE OCEAN single, synth-diva Velvet Velour returns with her EP of three hypnotic, bassy and minimalistic remixes from such producers as Facets, Panthera and Amarcord.

Dan ChiCharron’s EP “Tourist Trap” captures a quirky and playful electronic vibe, with each track offering its own distinct flavor while maintaining a sense of personality.
Tourist Trap kicks things off as a perfect road trip anthem, with its linear bassline guiding the way. The track carries an acid-influenced edge, delivering unexpected "jump scares" that keep you on your toes, making it both hypnotic and thrilling. It feels like a journey that builds anticipation with every turn.

"No One Care About Your Music" transports you into an oddball, spaghetti-western-esque scene, but without the iconic galloping horses. The distorted lead creates a raw, gritty atmosphere, and the tight, straightforward snare hits add to its punchy, stripped-back intensity. It feels like the intro to something rugged, rebellious, and unexpected.

"Tango Together" is a tongue-in-cheek take on sensuality, almost parodying its own sultriness. The repeating vocal hooks mix with a slinky, seductive bassline, evoking the feeling of a cheesy, low-budget scenario, but intentionally done with a wink and a smile.
The vibe is sexy yet silly.

"Bonne Conduite" plays with the idea of a driving lesson gone wild. The arpeggios create a hypnotic rhythm, while massive, ego-crushing breaks add a surprising weight to the track. It’s as if your driving instructor suddenly pulled off a wild drift mid-lesson, creating a heady, adrenaline-fueled trip filled with twists and turns.

To close the Ep for the first time in the label, hailing from Guatemala, founder of Club Azul Rosa and Club Solemne, also with huge releases on Hard Fist and Belly Dances Services, brings us a very catchy version of “Tango Together”, marking always his Latino sound and his own trippy vocals, perfect to close the Ep.
