What a special treat this show was! First up on hosting duties we had an original Disco Walton, Ken Avalon of Discoholics Anonymous @discoanon. Ken is a well respected DJ/producer and  radio host from Denmark. He has a huge following and his successful long running show, Hot to the Touch, on Prime Radio helped inspire the some fellow DWs to start their own shows. Ken has impeccable taste combining old & new and every mix is a journey & educational.

Our very special guest this week is Markus Lindner, a.k.a. Delfonic. We're all massive fans of Delfonic and we're super excited to have him join us on our show. Based in Berlin, Delfonic runs Illegal Jazz Records alongside Toy Tonics honcho, Kapote  as well as A&R/ Label Manager at wordandsound/whatpeopleplay.

With a history in digging and an unquestionable love for music, Delfonic, is as versatile and informed a DJ as they come. Delfonic applies his broad knowledge of music styles to almost any setting, and is renowned for blending multiple genres, eras and disciplines throughout his sets. We are a collective of passionate DJs, Producers and devoted Disco Fans from across the globe, who came together during lockdown through our shared love of all things Disco, House, Funk, Soul and more.

In addition to the vast array of tracks, labels, events, DJ sets, radio shows, and blogs produced by our gifted family members, we also run our own special weekly show. For nearly 3 years, the Disco Waltons Sunday Service has been going out every Sunday 9-11pm (UK time) on NDC Radio. Each week a member of our fam hosts the show and invites an incredible guest to join them. We now have over 100 shows under our belt, with mixes from wonderful guests including heavyweights such as Greg Wilson, Michael Gray, Moplen, Derrick McKenzie, plus many emerging DJs and producers.
