"For Juneteenth I wanted to make the mix as black as possible. I know this is technically a day of celebration for African-Americans but any people whose ancestors were a part of the transatlantic slave trade can see how much this day means to many. So I chose to include black music globally. This mix is very me as I love genre-switching, but the theme of highlighting black artists and producers is very present. The power of sound in a strange land when our enslaved ancestors were tragically and violently stolen from their homes was undeniably a survival tactic and very therapeutic. I could even feel the change in my mood before and after recording." - @mistervacation

Birthed from the reverberating hymns of Europe's rave scene, Kansas-born, Brooklyn-based DJ, @Sekucci, discovered rave culture parading around Paris, London, and Berlin's most prominent nightlife functions and venues.
