This Is House

One night, being a convinced punk/rock fan, Dishes went out in Café d’Anvers (Belgium). After a night of dancing like he never thought he’d dance, he came out of the club, being a funky house lover.... 
The next week 2 crappy turntables and a mixer became his new roommates, and they remained so ever since, although the setup’s quality evolved, naturally.
Playing mostly deephouse en funky house, he slowly started playing some small parties & organizing his own events.
Now, a fair amount of years later, Dishes’ style can be described as funky techhouse with a classic twist.
Except for spinning the decks, Dishes also founded a small-scaled organisation that tries to help starting DJ’s and local Belgian talents.
