Vril's progression from the early Giegling run of numbered EPs to last year’s considerably more intense 1-2 of Torus and Vortekz made perfect sense: the faceless producer came out the other side of dubby club fare into more intense, bleak terrain. 2014’s breakout year was capped by his ferocious teardown at our Dystopian showcase; replete with rushing, quasi-Resident Evil visuals, it was a masterwork - easily one of our Best of 2014.

Incredibly, Delsin actually chose to sign on Vril for a sophomore LP on the strength of his Boiler Room set, citing the "energy of some tracks and the crowd's reaction, which was really good." First debuted on our screens, “Portal 7” is everything you could want in a techno track. Pistons pump, steam valves release and tectonic plates shift underfoot - in short, it's a total ripper. Throw yourself tumbling headfirst down the Portal.

After almost a one year break we are starting our podcast series up again! We have been busy moving to a new bunker, producing, getting a new graphical look, but now we are ready to relaunch the podcast, and what better way to do it than inviting our dear friend Repro!

Besides from being a good friend of the Bunker, Alexander is a key figure on the Copenhagen techno scene, with his solo project Repro, his mastering skills, his Funeral Future project with Adam and their Euromantic label which recently released Niki Istrefis solo EP. 

This podcast contains almost only his own tracks mixed very well and is a good indicator of the present emerging Copenhagen sound.

We would like to take this time to firstly congratulate everyone reading for getting through the year that was 2020 and welcome them into 2021. 

We really hope that we can all party together soon, but for the time being we are continuing where we left off with the HER Transmission Mix series and bringing you another incredible mix from an incredible artists to really start 2021 off the right way!

HER Transmission #38 comes from the Bulgarian-born Copenhagen Based DJ and Producer, Vixen @vixen_vex

Vixen is one of the fastest rising talents coming from the incredible and ever growing underground scene in the Danish capital of Copenhagen. Since 2017, Vixen has been gaining momentum, both locally and internationally as a member of the renowned DIY collective Fast Forward @fastforwardproductions. As a DJ, her style has been described as ‘The High energy contact point between vibrant and playful trance-fuelled melodies, tongue-in-cheek vocals and floor-destroying industrial drums’. 

This mix is truly incredible and we want to thank Vixen so much for the submission and being part of the HER Tranmission series and giving us this opportunity to really put the right foot forward in 2021.
