Time To Throw Down

As the title suggests this one is mostly about post-disco-dub versions and instrumental boogie/modern funk so you won't find that much vocals on it. I put in some classic dubstrumentals like Affinity's Don't go away or Aurra's Baby love but also some modern joints from Linkwood and Cosmic chronic aswell as a few more boogish cuts like the quiete rare My heart goes boom from dutch female group Mahogany. As the music screams for good mixing I tried my best.

If you ever wondered if there is any fresh boogie related music from the krauts, here comes the answer: Hell yeah! I say boogie related because on this mix there are some straight boogish cuts as well as fusion/balearic/rap/electro-influenced songs. All records were produced between 79-84 except the brandnew Klaus Johann Grobe tune. Peace and respect to my Das Zündet Posse, Basso and Lovebug. Enjoy!
