SONIDO POSTAL - CONFLUENCE
De forma artificial, el audio toma forma de collage progresivo, donde la mezcla de grabaciones de campo comienzan en entornos naturales, con sonidos que representan esa espacialidad, poco a poco va mutando hacia sonidos en los cuales los humanos tienen alguna participación más directa, dilucidando de a poco un sonido más urbano, hasta terminar en el ruido de la ciudad, que refleja más la parte industrial de la misma.
Confluencia retrata una mínima posibilidad de las diferencias y similitudes que pueden contener estos entornos, pudiendo ser apreciados a través del sonido y la representación visual imaginativa, ya sea del lago o el mar, hasta la ciudad.
El audio es una recolección de grabaciones de campo realizadas en diferentes lugares de Argentina, realizado por Damián Alférez:
- Playa acantilados, Mar del plata (sonidos de piedras y el mar).
- Laguna de los Padres, Mar del Plata, Buenos Aires (sonidos del agua, cotorras, gente, insectos).
- Chapadmalal, Buenos Aires (sonidos de ranas y perros).
- Mar del Plata, Buenos Aires ( sonido de gotas de agua en un departamento).
- Puerto Madryn, Chubut (sonidos de la calle, llamadores de ángeles, skates).
- Centro de la ciudad de Mar del Plata (sonidos de vehículos, ventiladores, interferencias).
- José Marmol, Buenos Aires (sonidos de vehículos, y vendedor de chatarra)

Meet Me at Midnight By The Highway and We Can Dance With The Cars ( For Carolyn)

Afternoon sounds at Alpone di Curiglia in Val Veddasca (Italy).  There is some background noise of me walking around.  Not a stellar recording but it records what it sounded like there on this particular day in July 2015.  There is a running fountain/stream about 100 feet from the microphones.

Within the Radiant Glow of a Campfire far from home ,
I am Warmed... 
and Relax into the velvety dark beauty of the night ...

My mind floats effortlessly,
Upstream... into the Plethora of Light 
that is The Milky Way... 
and Within that Current Between The Notes,
i Find mySelf 
At Peace...
and Whole.

But far from Dreaming,

And as the primal Rhythms whisper of Wonders beyond the crackling fire, 
and Fan the momentum of this moment within the Stillness of this Wondrous Night,
a perspective is painted that I've never seen, 
or known before...

and I am Drawn wholy into The Magic of a Cosmic Consciousness.

and Above...  
a glittering Treasure Chest of Stars 
Spills Light across the Velvet Sky... 
and twinkles out a Radiant message to all who behold their Glorious Light,
and Feel within that Resonant thrum,
That Yes!
All is Well in Heaven 
and Earth!

And no matter what i think,
that I Am indeed the Music, 
for as long as it Plays 
Within my  L i s t e n i n g  loving soul.......
