Short audio documentary piece on the unique "Man-in-Black Bloc" protest during the 2004 Republican National Convention. Less than a year after the singer's death, Cash fans gathered in front of Sotheby's auction house in Manhattan to confront Tennessee RNC delegates - who had been granted special access to an American Gas Company-sponsored exhibit of his possessions -- for appropriating the singer's legacy. Voices of protestors, police, and passerby consider Cash's complex political persona, mixed with the clanking of temporary barricades, heckling of delegates, and groups singing Cash's songs.
