Chris Bolarinho is the founder of District Eighteen, along with the help of Ryan Impey (St. Beethoven) and Minh Tran. He produces under the alias "Devil Disco"

"The reason behind District Eighteen was to expand and explore the techno and electronic music scene on a wider spectrum. Being eager to help artists on the rise like ourselves come together, meet, and play shows was all I really wanted to do in the first place."
