Smeerlapp, a 30-year-old musician and producer from the vibrant city of Hannover, Germany, is a true connoisseur of music's transformative magic. His deep connection with music ignited at the age of 10 when the rhythmic beats of drumsticks first resonated with him, inspired by none other than his own father, a drummer. For six years, Smeerlapp has been sharing his knowledge, empowering others to unlock their creativity and find their own unique musical voices.
In addition to his work as a musician, producer, and educator, Smeerlapp has been a mixing and mastering engineer for the past five years. With an impressive portfolio of over 200+ releases under his belt, he has fine-tuned and polished the works of numerous artists, helping them realize their sonic visions.
From the early stages of his production journey, Smeerlapp delved into the harder side of Drum & Bass, a subgenre known as neuro funk. His exploration led to his first releases on prestigious labels such as Hanzom Music and Ram Records, setting the stage for a promising career in the electronic music world.
