Already a household name in Berlin, with gigs at Watergate, Sisyphos and more under her belt, Stil Vor Talent regular Deer Jade returns to production with new vigour on an exciting collaboration with Dominican producer Vander. His sound is distinctive yet diverse, dancing between Afro-Latin influences, synthwave and the darker side of disco which we can hear on releases via Pipe & Pochet, Discos Tabu and Klassified. 

‘Intergalactic Tango’ instantly teleports you to a dreamy destination with use of Mâhfoud’s exotic synth work and Moroccan sounding organ chords. Jade’s sensual vocals encourage you to keep exploring the sonic landscape of this daytime lounge record. Perfect for the warmer days and nights ahead. 

The package comes with two fantastic remixes, the first from Parisian duo Chambord, who take a bit more of a deeper approach to the track and creates an ethereal atmosphere. The gentle arp keeps the rhythm moving and pairs perfectly with the stripped back percussion.

The second from Pandhora who take the original on a more dancefloor focused approach. There is a distinct contrast between the deep / groovy bassline and the smoother, almost jazzy chord progression. Replacing the organ chords with funk guitar strums adds a subtle French flare to their edit.  The trio unleash a heavenly sound together. A unique release with deep squelchy bass combined with a striped back groove for a Latin-infused masterclass.

Some words about the track:
In the summer of 2015 i produced this wonderful song "Keep Up" sung by Richard Judge and since then the song stayed close to both our hearts. It was originally released in January 2016 as part of the Messiah release on Get Physical but as the title track Messiah did really well "Keep Up" was kinda over-heard.
So when Get Physical got in touch about re-releasing the song in the summer 2017 (as a stand alone single) me and Richard quickly "green-lighted" the idea. Get Physical asked me to make another edit of the original but it was hard to touch that piece which already felt 100% like it should be + Few Nolder had already done a perfect touch up of that original.
So i ended up remixing myself. Normally thats really hard but the new and more clubby vibe came quite natural to me. I actually ended up using nothing from the original but a hihat-loop and of course Richard's amazing vocal.
I still love the lyrics and the way Richard sing this song - so needless to say i am happy to have these vocals sitting on top of a more club-minded version for my sets.

Underspreche first caught our attention back in 2016 with the release of their mini album "Invito Alla Danza" on Optimo Trax, a record that possesses the captivating mixture of ethno vocals & sounds with a raw house dynamic. From there they continued to impress with their unique twist on many prominent House and Techno jams through their Experiments series.
