As the transmission took thousands of years to arrive at the distant galaxy, it is now a distorted recollection of the final moments of humanity as a species.  While the purpose and origin of the signal is unclear, it paints a picture of the horrors of the end of a civilization.

For Adam 2, electronic music has always provided an opportunity for self-discovery, creative exploration, and personal liberation. Since 2016, the Vancouver-based producer and DJ has worn multiple hats in the city’s growing scene, fulfilling the roles of promoter, music curator, and co-founder of Techno label PPRZ.  2020 saw the release of featured mixes on Honcho, Techno Hour of Power, and the creation of Afrofuturism is Now – a mix series amplifying the music of Black artists. In 2022/23 Adam 2 maintained their stride sharing the bill with Carlos Souffront, Shanti Celeste, and Objekt, had high profile performances at Basscoast and Domesicle in Montreal and recently released their debut EP ‘Jungle Dreams’ on Toronto based label Model Future.  As Adam 2’s career gains momentum, they continue to build their reputation by transfixing audiences with evocative, experimental techno that intersects dynamic physicality and playful cerebralism.

Inhabited by the conviction that music can be a source of healing. Jacky Jeane works for a benevolent and inclusive celebration of which she strives to create the aquatic and enveloping soundtrack. Initiated to the mix in contact with feminist collective MA.L.E.S (Strasbourg), she can in ambient, downtempo, breaks, tribal, bass music and techno sounds, with a very particular attention granted to the rhythm. She represents a modern emerging scene, which multiplies with joy the zones of explorations, as well musical as alive.

Uksimo’s music is defined by immersive, layered atmospheres that create both depth and space, with a strong focus on rhythm. Using modular synthesizers, he crafts unique sounds and textures through hands-on experimentation.

For nearly a decade, Uksimo performed under a different alias, releasing hypnotic techno tracks and concentrating on live sets. As his artistic journey evolved, he created Uksimo—a project dedicated to exploring deeper, more rhythm-driven dimensions of techno. This innovative approach extends seamlessly into his DJ sets.
