Vini has released on labels such as Sum Over Histories, Rebellion and Moodmusic, showcasing his undeniable talent and musical prowess, which this new 4-track EP further confirms... 

Title track 'Electric Dance' is a real earworm; 'I'll Be There' sounds like it should be in a film score about a crime thriller in outer space. 'Dream' is a ‘crossroads’ record - take your pick whether to relax and unwind, or get the night going with a firm kickstart - it really is the best of both worlds; whilst fourth track, 'No Pretend’, delivers a unique sound of musical fusion and creative production for a suitable finale.

INTERVIEW

1. How did you learn producing?
“Both of us are ‘self taught’. We didn’t study to become producers or DJs. Though we think that if you love something that much, continuously deal with every detail of this subject and get more and more into it, you just become a part of.”
 
2. Where would you love to play live?
“Usually this question will come with an answer about clubs and festivals, right? This is something every artist has in mind almost every day of his life. You see or visit places where you can imagine yourself playing, places that can be pretty inspiring. For us, since we are Greek, just under the Acropolis is one of the most inspiring places where you can play a live set while feeling these goosebumps of satisfaction.”
 
3. Dream collab?
“It’s not about the collab but more about sharing the same studio with some legends. Every young producer would kill for a tip from his favorite artist, right? So even if it’s not a collab, sharing the same studio chair and chat over a project with Tale of Us or Stephan Bodzin or of course Solomun would be a dream itself!”
 
4. How would you describe your sound?
“We cannot just use one word for our sound genre. It’s not easy to describe, though we think it has the emotional atmosphere we like combined with a dynamic groove.”
 
5. What keeps you going?
“For a producer and a DJ there two things that keep them going in our opinion. The support and the feedback you receive while releasing or playing a track of yours and of course the love that you have for music!”
 
6. What makes you laugh?
“Mostly happy and funny times with our friends and family!”
 
7. What do you listen to besides electronic music
“It depends of our mood of course. We can listen to many different genres even within one day, but we cannot imagine our everyday life without listening to music for sure.”
 
8. You in 10 years?
“Probably most of our time in a studio somewhere on an exotic island while the rest travelling around the world. These are the two things that make us happy!”
 
9. Most exciting club moment?
“Well we are at the very beginning of our international career, so we can say we can keep as a highlight our gig at Ritter Butzke (Berlin) last November. The crowd there is always amazing!”
 
10. Next release?
“We have two EPs coming out: One on Ritter Butzke Studio including four tracks and another four track EP on Cloudbreak - a newly established label in Holland. Plus one more track on Stil Vor Talent on Oliver Koletzki's Compilation.”
 
11. What do you think about DIT KLINGT JUT?
“We think artists need people like you who share the same love with us and spend all this time to organize and promote the sound you love around the world. Keep it up guys! Thanks!”

The art of music has touched the hearts of human beings around the planet for thousands of years. It can induce strong emotions, alter our states of consciousness and let us experience reality in a different way. It can draw us into the present moment, where just the music exists - unfolding through time, moment by moment. When we let go and merge into the auditory sensations, it takes us on an inner journey. Using this not to escape, but to fully embrace reality as it is, music can help us release tensions and bring balance to our everyday life. 
Especially dance music allows us to unify with the flow of the music. When we express the energy it releases within us, by just giving ourselves to it and following the spontaneous and authentic movements of our bodies, we can experience a state of connection, peace and joy. Doing this collectively, synchronously moving to the same rhythm and sharing this special experience, we feel a connection that resonates within.

With DIT KLINGT JUT we want to express our love for music and manifest the meaning it can have for all of us. We do this by providing a thoughtfully curated space for artists and labels to share their music, organizing events & live-streams and serving as a platform to share ideas on music and the creative process.
