Matchy is back on Katermukke and continues his successful patch on the label over the last years with tracks like Irreversible, Bodytalk or High on Emotions.

Dingir ties in with the usual Matchy sound on Katermukke: a driving bassline, his signature catchy main melody, funky percussions and lots of emotions - depicted by Matchy himself as “happy melancholy”.

The word “Dingir” describes something divine. In this sense the track evolves up to a silent, mystic break with big chords. Yet building up again to unfold the main melody’s full potential, finally dropping into a state of ecstasy.

Dingir is a Melodic House track with Indie Dance influences, whereas Tardis takes a darker, more progressive approach. Tardis sounds like a well-oiled machine that takes the listener on a journey through space, time and dimensions.

Rising German duo Township Rebellion land on Truesoul for their debut label outing teaming up with friend and fellow producer Victor Pilava.

Township Rebellion have been building steam in recent years via memorable releases on Rüfüs du Sol Rose Avenue and Stil Von Talent. Their latest cut, the sublime ‘Doppler’, caught the ear of Adam Beyer and after meeting with the Truesoul boss in early 2021, the ground was laid for a label debut.

‘Mephisto’ meanwhile is one of Township Rebellion’s most requested track I.D’s to date and was a special highlight of their show at São Paolo’s Arca supporting Rüfüs du Sol. The track is propelled by a chugging bottom-end, evocative strings courtesy of violinist Roemisch and otherworldly melody lines.

Their productions are dark and melodic which can be defined as an endoscopic relief amazingly mastering to build up tension and the absolute want to hear more. The abstract shapes that take place while expressing themselves with ethereal synths of constant evolution do have a strong recognition value. Stil vor Talent announce their new sub-division Light My Fire with 'Celestial Bodies', a floor-busting of a two-tracker coming courtesy of label boss Oliver Koletzki and core element Niko Schwind. As per usual with these two, one can rely on their unmatched ability at crafting electro-techno gems bound to have booties shaking and hearts melting in unison.

'Venus' and its straightforward groove, adorned with a lush palette of EBM-inflected bass manoeuvres and arena-sized momentum, this one finds Koletzki and Schwind delivering the kind of spine-tingling wind one can expect from only best-in-the-game big-room operators. A feast of synth-laced nostalgia and cross-dimensional floor dynamics, all set at running the hoodoo down till euphoric abandon ensues.

The first chapter in Light My Fire's birth is a promise and a confirmation at once.

Doing this collectively, synchronously moving to the same rhythm and sharing this special experience, we feel a connection that resonates within.

With DIT KLINGT JUT we want to express our love for music and manifest the meaning it can have for all of us.
