After years of development I finally managed to finish Divine Intervention - Operation X, my humble remix of the tune from the TV classic series X-Files!

Divine Intervention - Operation X

Back on the 6th of June 1986 Divine Intervention saw his first daylight. Born as Roeland van der Zaan it didn't take long for him to discover his interest in music. At the age of only 8 years old (possibly even younger) he started to listen to house music. Then it was mainly dutch Gabber music. Together with his cousin he used to listen in at various tunes and styles. 

At the age of 15 he tried spinning some records for the first time at a friends house. He liked it so much that he started to save money to get his own turntables and a mixer.
First he started out playing what was then called Hard-House and Hardtrance which ultimately became what we now call Hardstyle. Later his taste for Gabber music re-emerged and he started to buy Gabber records aswell. 

In 2004 he visited his first Techno party. Although he immediately got the hang of it, it took up to 2008 till he actually started to play Techno oriented music. Back then it was just your usual Minimal-Techno and some regular house.

Nowadays he has refined his style in Techno. His style could best be described as funky and energetic techno music. A style inspired by some of his hero's.
