Joliet Job Corps, The National Hookup for Black Women, Bolingbrook High School and Washington Junior High are a few of the organizations he has had the opportunity to work with.

Mr. Cage is the CEO and Founder of Divine Works Education and Training (E&T). Divine Works E&T is a professional coaching and training organization that provides interactive education and training for youth through a method he has deemed as, "Transformational Training." Mr. Cage is a Certified Substitute Teacher for Joliet Township and is a Community Rehabilitative Specialist with the Center for Family Services in Aurora, Illinois. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from DeVry University where his concentration was small business management and entrepreneurship.
