FIXED LENS emerged from the smoke-filled basement rooms of Berlin’s DIY scene in 2021 with their eponymous debut EP. Cold, driving machinery beats and ethereal synths establish the foundation for melancholic, chorus-drenched post-punk guitars. Championing the spirit of guitar-driven bands such as JOY DIVISION, KILLING JOKE, CHAMELEONS UK, and THE SOUND, the group simultaneously nods to the roots of Berlin’s electronic origin story in these six tracks.

Durante o lançamento, os foguetes aceleram rapidamente, mas a densidade do ar diminui conforme sobem. MAX Q é o ponto em que o foguete enfrenta a maior pressão aerodinâmica. Isso ocorre quando a combinação da densidade do ar e a velocidade do foguete atinge o valor máximo, gerando a maior força sobre sua estrutura, medida pela pressão dinâmica (q = ½ × ρ × v²).

Não está ligada à aceleração máxima, mas sim à maior carga mecânica devido à resistência do ar. O ponto MAX Q é crucial porque o foguete deve resistir a essa pressão, e os controladores limitam a aceleração nesse momento para evitar danos estruturais. Após passar do MAX Q, o foguete acelera mais, porém com menos resistência, já que o ar fica rarefeito.

Para proteger o veículo, os motores reduzem o empuxo antes do MAX Q (throttle down) e aumentam após (throttle up). O design estrutural precisa considerar esse ponto como crítico, pois é onde há maior risco de falha por estresse aerodinâmico.
