"Be here and now" is a song of pure energy. For me, it's a song that shows me again and again that no matter how many obstacles you face, you always keep going, no matter what. Music is simply a very important part of life, and the emotions it evokes are simply wonderful, and you have them all. And that's exactly what being in the here and now is supposed to convey.
