I took a long break from releasing any music the whole of last year and I felt like this was a perfect way to get  back to it in a way that feels true to me and my 'code,' so to speak. With this track, the aim was to create something introspective and poetic with the verses, digging deeper than surface into how I feel, but still give a catchy hook and chorus people could sing along to and relate to. Hope you enjoy it, the song means a whole lot to me.
