French citizen Olivier Mateu stands for sophisticated and musical techno music, released on imprints like F Com, Mobilee and Systematic. His productions always have a certain 'something' which a many producers cannot deliver, fuelled by passion and love.

'Mistral' was originally released on the '10 yrs of Systematic' compilation on CD only, but after a massive public demand it was clear that it must be released on vinyl and backed by new remixes.

Who else could we chose but the labels most popular artists, label head Marc Romboy and Stephan Bodzin. Reworking the original in their own unique way, both deliver epic, energetic and symphonic versions!!!

This is the separate version of my Neil Young remix, as featured on my 'Sudden Death Blues' podcast for Strange Famous Records (available here: http://www.strangefamousrecords.com/podcasts/sudden-death-blues-sfr-winter-podcast/ - and check the rest of the site, naturally!). I didn't use any shortcuts in quantization - it's a long story but my way is usually the long way, and this is an example of that! Pretty straight forward and you can't improve on Neil, but this is just my way of paying dues to a song on an album that hit me at just the right time. Enjoy!

Diynamic welcomes one of Germany's most exciting young talents for a label debut... 
Twenty year old David August's first musical introduction was being forced into Piano lessons at the tender age of five years old. As time passed and David's ivory skills grew, he came to love the instrument and excelled in its classic format. 
 
At fifteen David's first steps as a DJ began and it wasn't long before he gained his first residencies. A year later he made his first forays into production and in 2009 he  made his first impact on the scene by releasing his 'Praha EP' on Stil vor Talent. This was soon followed by the October release of 'Trumpet's 
Victory'. 
 
Now David readies himself to take his next step. Having recently earned the residency at Diynamic ́s Club EGO, he prepares to drop his first productions with the Hamburg label. A wonderful three track selection, showcasing the exciting talents of the young producer. Enjoy!

Diynamic has constantly been an underground electronic music label on the rise. The motto: Do It Yourself. Founded in 2006 by Solomun and Adriano Trolio in Hamburg, nowadays undeniably amongst the hottest imprints worldwide: Diynamic Showcase events all around the globe, Diynamic Festivals in Amsterdam, Berlin and Brazil, two own weekly residencies on Ibiza including the infamous “Solomun +1” events at legendary night club Pacha and the Diynamic Outdoor event series as well as own stages at major music festivals everywhere.
