‘Melo’ sees Houston-based singer DaddyPrincess describing an odyssey of self-expression over the intertwined arp and shaker. Flickering synths and the bouncy clap come through the track, giving its rises in energy.

On ’To Live’, Koelle teams up with long-standing collaborator Margret. The rolling bassline, dark groove and opening in the arp are matched in intensity by the various ad-libs, breathes and poignant vocal displays. Evident chemistry at play here.

PERSPECTIVES Episode 093 w/ Darin Epsilon & guests Lexicon Avenue & Andrew Best [Aug 2015]

Almost one year after the debut-Diynamic-EP which held the #1 spot in the Beatport Deep House charts for over a month, Ukranian duo ARTBAT return to Diynamic with their follow up “Upperground EP”.

Opening the EP is title track “Upperground”, an ethereal upbeat House tune which has been an essential component of the sets of Solomun in the past weeks. “Atlas” showcases their ability to step over to the dark side with a fist-pumping melodic Techno thumper.Closing off the record is “Don’t Bring Me Down”, which was written by Dino Lenny and enhanced by ARTBAT’s brush into an emotional dancefloor hymn. The pairing of its string arrangements and the touching vocals of Dino Lenny will surely make for memories that last past the night out in which you hear it.

Founded in 2006 by Solomun and Adriano Trolio in Hamburg, nowadays undeniably amongst the hottest imprints worldwide: Diynamic Showcase events all around the globe, Diynamic Festivals in Amsterdam, Berlin and Brazil, two own weekly residencies on Ibiza including the infamous “Solomun +1” events at legendary night club Pacha and the Diynamic Outdoor event series as well as own stages at major music festivals everywhere.
