I love this song.  my friends and myself have spent many evenings debating the lyrics . we have done much research with no luck.   we would be so pleased to finally put this debate to rest.  thank you

Israeli DJ and Tel Aviv-based producer Adam Ten is coming to Diynamic with „Rollercoaster TLV“, and what the EP title promises, you can expect: suspenseful build-ups followed by ravaging releases, laced with unforeseen musical surprises.

The power of opening track „Lego“ a collaboration with Mita Gami lies in its simplicity. A bold no-frills approach, slowly creating tension where you feel like you could hear a needle drop, and then absolutely culminating in its lead synth melody, like the rollercoaster that slowly approaches its highest point and is about to drop into an ecstatic abyss.

Up next we have „Grab a Room“, a pumped-up groove featuring Yamagucci that very well represents Adam Ten‘s eclectic musical background: one of House music with psychedelic & ethnic influences.

Title track „Rollercoaster TLV“ has a proper bounce to it, you can immediately see yourself and your crew rolling through your hood to this soundtrack, windows down and music loud.

Closing off is „The Beat Machine“, a hypnotic pre-peaktime track where you just have to hit the dancefloor and give yourself over to the music.

Kicking off the Four To The Floor 22 is @ivanmasa with „Borderline“, a straightforward, almost industrial piece of club land, until the sudden break takes you by the hand and brings you to the hidden room behind the bar.

„Dance“ by @haze-m feat. @ emna-jaziri-306196283 transports you back ten years, when a thick and sinister sub-bass and soulful vocals ruled the dance floors.

@djfotn & Marsden bring us „Commodore“, an 80s influenced cinematic journey into your heroic arcade dreams.

And closing off the FTTF22 is @aldebaranofficialmusic with „A New Mistake“, a hypnotic acid groove to that allows you to just let go.

Following the release of the first single ‘Hometown’, featuring Ursula Rucker, Simon Doty now shares his full four-track EP ‘Hometown’, including the collaborative lead single ‘Lay Me Down’ with Artche.

Opening the EP is title-track ‘Hometown’, featuring a vocal sample from Ursula Rucker and piano riffs. Doty collaborates with UK based producer and vocalist Artche on ‘Lay Me Down’. Best known for his Beatport #1 collaboration with Cristoph and Franky Wah ‘The World You See’, Artche has been supported by acts including Eric Prydz, Pete Tong & Lane 8. Next up is ‘Solstice’, featuring fluttering arps, whilst EP closer ‘Trance Tool’ pays homage to Doty’s darker club side. 

Since his debut on 2019’s Anjunadeep Explorations 11 with ‘Sama’, Simon Doty has put out five stand out EPs on the label, quickly becoming a Anjunadeep favourite. The Canadian producer has developed a reputation for delectable deep melodic house, garnering support from the likes of Phil Taggart, Danny Howard, Gorgon City, Cassian, Jax Jones, Lane 8, and releasing on Knee Deep In Sound, Einmusika, and This Never Happened.

Simon Doty - Trance Tool

With their contribution to Diynamic’s Four To The Floor series, they already turned heads. 2023 they are kicking off with the „Picture: “ - the 6-track mini album by Irish brothers Joe and Cahir, better known as Disfreq.

Opening track „Como“ is a thunderstorm. The infectious vocal is looming over us like dark clouds. The edgy synth is rolling over the dance floor like thunder, and then the powerful percussions hit like lightning strikes. And we’re all dancing our hearts out in the downpour.
„Flame“ is no less energetic, but shows more of Disfreq’s emotional side. The increasingly raspy lead synth is complemented with a melancholic vocal. Growing in intensity, until finally it merges into a dreamy arpeggio for its grand finale.
Inspired by an interview with Daft Punk comes „Innovator“, a tip of the hat to the legendary duo in Disfreq’s own façon, complete with robotic vocals and a French House inspired arpeggio. 
„Hands“ is like a big ego dancer in a club - lots of attitude and personality, it looks you straight into the eyes while it conquers dance floor real estate. 
Then „Moville“, with its breakbeat-ish percussions and raspy-electronica appeal shows Disfreq’s ability to reach beyond the club and into a sophisticated pop environment, while still retaining their inherent club identity.
And closing off the „Picture: Disfreq“ is „Danz“, a very raw, highly melodic and hypnotic tune that perfectly showcases Disfreq’s signature traits of a powerful energy, nostalgic emotionality and immediate catchiness.

The „Picture” series is a document in time, showcasing an artist’s current creative output in order to allow the listener to visualize and understand the artist in a certain period. It is a mini-album with various dancefloor-oriented facettes of its producers, shaping the imagery that ultimately results in the listeners mind.
